Originally designed in 1961 and improved over decades of field testing by lifeguards and surfers, these board shorts are hand cut and sewn from proprietary SurfNyl™? fabric at Birdwell's Santa Ana, California factory. Double- and triple-stitched seams ensure lasting durability, and an embroidered patch commemorates the two brands' special partnership.
