What is The Nordy Club?

How does it work?
As a Nordy Club member, you unlock the best of Nordstrom's fashion, services and experiences. Provide your mobile number at Checkout in stores or log in to your Nordy Club account on Nordstrom.ca to earn points that add up to Notes to spend with us. Plus, enjoy members-only benefits like special access to sales, exclusive offers and free basic alterations.
Who can join and how?
All Canadian residents can join—it's free and easy. To become a member, all you need is your first name, last name, mobile number and email address. Join online or at a Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack store with a salesperson. Make sure to verify your mobile number via text message to complete the process. For your security, you won't be able to spend future Notes you earn if you don't confirm your number.

What are free basic alterations?
- Hems on open-bottom pants (e.g., unfinished men's suit pants)
- Hems on pre-hemmed pants and jeans (not on jeans where original hem should be preserved)
- Hems on plain and/or vented skirts and dresses (under 70 inches; full, pleated or detailed not included)
- Taking in/out thighs on pants
- Basic hems on sleeves on a suit coat, sport coat, blazer or raincoat (should be plain and vented)
- Moving coat buttons (on front of coat)

How do I earn points?
Use your mobile number at Checkout to earn 1 point per dollar with every purchase in Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores in Canada and the U.S. and online on Nordstrom.com, Nordstrom.ca. and Nordstromrack.com.
If you return an item and received points for that purchase, those points will be deducted from your account balance. This may result in a negative points balance.
Earned points that haven't yet been used to redeem a Nordstrom Note will expire three years from the last day of the year in which the points were earned, or when you cancel your Nordy Club membership, whichever is earlier.
What are Notes and how do I use them?
All points add up to Notes. A $20 Note will be added to your rewards account after you earn 2,000 points. If you're signed up for Nordstrom emails, we'll let you know when your Note is ready. You can view your Note balance on your Nordstrom.ca Nordy Club dashboard.
Notes can be redeemed at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores and on Nordstrom.ca. Select your Note at Checkout or have your salesperson look it up. Notes redeemed at Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack stores in the U.S. may be subject to exchange rates.
Notes expire three years from the last day of the year in which the Notes were issued if your Nordy Club account hasn't had any activity during that time or when you cancel your Nordy Club membership, whichever is earlier.
How do I get access to my rewards benefits?
See your benefits by signing into your account on Nordstrom.ca. Once a month, we'll send you an email with your points balance, available Notes and points needed to earn your next Note. You can also ask a salesperson to check your points balance. Your points are updated in real time, and your Notes will appear in your account within a day.
Why didn't I earn points on my purchase?
There are several reasons why you might not have earned points on a purchase. Here are some of the most common:
- The mobile number linked to your Nordstrom.ca account might not be the same as your Nordy Club number. If you have questions about the number on your Nordstrom.ca account, give us a call at 1.888.246.8720.
- You forgot to give your mobile number to your salesperson at Checkout. Make sure you let your salesperson know you're a Nordy Club member so you always earn points.
- Your Nordy Club account is not linked to the Nordstrom.ca account you used to check out. Make sure you add your mobile number to your Nordstrom.ca account so you earn points on all your future purchases.
- You checked out as a guest while making an online purchase on Nordstrom.ca.
I already have a Nordy Club account. Why can’t I see or use my USD Notes?
This new Nordy Club was created specially with our Canadian customers in mind, so your Notes will be issued in Canadian dollars.
Notes from a Nordy Club account created on Nordstrom.com or in a U.S. store will be issued in U.S. dollars and cannot be used on Nordstrom.ca. For customers to receive Notes issued in CAD, they will need to call the Service Center (1.888.246.8720) to transfer their Nordy Club membership to Canada. You will not be able to see your USD Notes from your Nordstrom.ca Nordy Club account dashboard. A customer service representative will help you with your options for using your USD Notes.
How can I attain a different status in The Nordy Club?
Members can attain a new status based on Nordstrom spend. For example, once a member spends $500 with us, they unlock Insider status and all its benefits. A status is calculated on annual net spend by calendar year. Learn more about the different statuses.

Can I use my Nordstrom card at Nordstrom stores located in Canada?
You can use your Nordstrom Visa credit card at stores in Canada. At this time, the Nordstrom retail credit and debit cards cannot be used to make purchases at Nordstrom stores in Canada and on Nordstrom.ca.
How do I see my Nordstrom Canada Visa program benefits?
The Canada Visa credit card program is managed by TD Bank. A Canada Visa cardholder does not automatically become a Nordy Club member. Join online or at a Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack store with a salesperson.
