Everybody and every body is different, and that's something we are proud to celebrate at Nordstrom. In order to meet the unique footwear needs of all our customers, we sell split-shoe sizes for women, men and children. Find out more about the program we offer below. 

Split-Shoe Service: 

Nordstrom offers the option to buy shoes in two different sizes, so customers whose feet differ in size can find the pair that's just right for them.

To qualify, shoe sizes must be at least one and a half size different. All shoes can be ordered as part of this program—see below for guidance on what size differences qualify.

Here's How It Works:

1.

Call Customer Care at 1.877.794.5304 and order your shoes over the phone. You may also work directly with a salesperson in stores.

2.

Place an order and pay for two pairs of shoes. Once you receive both pairs, determine which shoes you would like to keep. 

3.

Return the mismatched, unneeded shoes, and we'll issue credit for one pair when received.
