Find Your Nearest Store
1) Set Your Store
When you're viewing a category or search results, look for "Pick Up in Store" at the top of the page. Tap "Set location" and enter your postal code. Select the store where you'd like to pick up your items and start shopping. You can use the toggle at the top of the page to turn this feature on and off.
2) Buy Online
When you find something you like, enter your postal code to make sure the item's available at your store. You'll also be able to see if it's available to pick up "Today" or "Tomorrow." Tap "Buy & Pick Up" to go to Checkout and place your order.
3) Pick Up in Store
You'll receive an email when your order is ready letting you know where to go inside the store to pick it up. When you get to the store, we may ask to see your personal identification. We'll hold your order for 10 days, so stop by soon!

1) Find Items Available Near You
While shopping a category, choose "Pick Up" and enter your postal code to see items available near you. Or on an individual item's product page, enter your postal code below the "Add to Bag" button to see if it's available for pickup at a store near you.
2) We'll Let You Know When Your Order Is Ready
When your order's ready for pickup, you'll get an email with Curbside Pickup instructions for your store. When you arrive at the store, let us know you're here by tapping "I'm at the store" in your Ready for Pickup email, calling the store's phone number posted in the pickup area or tapping "I'm here" in our iOS app.
3) Pick Up & Go
We'll bring your order outside and place it in your car's trunk, so you can be on your way.

How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?
We'll send you an email as soon as your order is ready.
Can I request Curbside Pickup at multiple stores?
Yes, but only one order—and store—at a time. After you pick up your first order at the first store, you'll be able to request Curbside Pickup for another order at a different store.
Where is the Curbside Pickup area at my store?
Each store has designated parking for Curbside Pickup. When your order is ready, the specific pickup area will be listed in your order details.
How long will I have to pick up my order?
We'll hold your order for 10 days, so stop by soon!
Have your order shipped to any Nordstrom location and pick it up at your convenience.
1) Buy Online
Go to Checkout and tap "Ship to a Nordstrom Store" in the shipping address section.
2) Pick Up in Store
You'll receive an email when your order has been delivered to the store. Go to Order Pickup to collect your order. We may ask to see your personal identification. We'll hold your order for 10 days. After that, the order will be returned and you will be refunded. Check your store's hours.

Special Locations
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
Rural domestic addresses require 1 or more additional days to deliver.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards ship separately, free of charge, via Standard Shipping and usually arrive within 4-7 business days. Two Business Day delivery is available for a $9 shipping fee. Our eGift Cards are emailed within 4 hours of credit approval. International customers cannot purchase or redeem Gift Cards online at this time.
Beauty
We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered. Some beauty items may be considered hazardous materials due to their alcohol content and cannot be shipped to certain postal codes.
Fine Jewelry
Fine jewelry and watch orders over $1,500 are shipped insured via expedited shipping at no additional charge. A signature is required upon delivery. These orders cannot be shipped to international addresses.
