Pickup in Store & Delivery Options
Pick up today curbside at Nordstrom or in store at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. Pick up tomorrow for lots more choices (available in Toronto). Plus, get free gift wrapping at Nordstrom, in stores and at store pickup.
Get your items faster with free in-store or Curbside Pickup. Just enter your postal code to see local pickup locations—in-store pickup of Nordstrom.ca items is now also available at some Nordstrom Rack locations!
1) Set Your Store in a Search Results Page
When you're viewing a category or search results page, look for "Free Pickup" in your filter options. Tap "Set location" and enter your postal code. Select the store where you'd like to pick up your items and start shopping. You can choose "Pick Up Today" to shop a single store's selection or "Pick Up Tomorrow" to shop a wider selection in your area and we'll get it to your chosen store the next day.
2) Set Your Store on a Product Details Page
On a product details page, select "Free Pickup," enter your postal code and select your store. Hit the "Add to Bag" button and check out.
3) Pick Up in Store or Curbside
You'll get an email notification when your order is ready for pickup letting you know where to go inside the store or directions for Curbside Pickup (Curbside Pickup is available at Nordstrom stores only, not at Nordstrom Rack stores). When you get to the store, we may ask to see your personal identification. We'll hold your order for 7 days, so stop by soon!

Can I request Curbside Pickup at multiple stores?
Yes, but only one order—and store—at a time. After you pick up your first order at the first store, you'll be able to request Curbside Pickup for another order at a different store.
Where is the Curbside Pickup area at my store?
Each store has designated parking for Curbside Pickup. When your order is ready, the specific pickup area will be listed in your order details.

Go to Checkout and tap "Ship to a Nordstrom Store" in the shipping address section.
2) Pick Up in Store
You'll receive an email notification when your order has been delivered to the store. Go to Order Pickup to collect your order. We may ask to see your personal identification. We'll hold your order for 7 days. After that, the order will be returned and you will be refunded. Check your store's hours.

Special Locations
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
Rural domestic addresses require 1 or more additional days to deliver.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards ship separately, free of charge, via Standard Shipping and usually arrive within 4-7 business days. Two Business Day delivery is available for a $9 shipping fee. Our eGift Cards are emailed within 4 hours of credit approval. International customers cannot purchase or redeem Gift Cards online at this time.
Beauty
We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered. Some beauty items may be considered hazardous materials due to their alcohol content and cannot be shipped to certain postal codes.
Fine Jewelry
Fine jewelry and watch orders over $1,500 are shipped insured via expedited shipping at no additional charge. A signature is required upon delivery. These orders cannot be shipped to international addresses.
